Wat is wing foilen?
Wingsurfen, wingboarden, wingfoilen en wingen… Allemaal verschillende namen voor de nieuwste windsport. Wingen is een combinatie van windsurfen, kitesurfen en foilen, waarbij de wing met beide handen wordt vastgehouden en een hydrofoil onder je board is gemonteerd. De wing zorgt voor wendbaarheid en maakt het gemakkelijker voor de foil om uit het water te komen door het gebruik van een constante kracht (de wind).
SUP staat voor Stand-up Paddle. Het is peddelen zoals een kano, maar dan rechtstaand op een (opblaasbare) surfplank. Ook bij KWKM kan je naar hartelust komen SUPpen. Ideaal alternatief als er weinig of geen wind is.

E-FOIL
Wij van eFoilService zijn bijzonder verheugd om in samenwerking met KWKM op deze prachtige plas het allereerste
EFOILPARK te kunnen aankondigen. Deze prachtige locatie te midden van de natuur is hele jaar te bezoeken mits betaling
van een dagpas of lidgeld. Op het inkombord kan je zien waar op het meer de verschillende boeienparcours te vinden zijn, wat de vaarrichting is en in welke zone je dient te blijven. Gelieve deze regels ten allen tijde te volgen. Je bent in een natuurrijke omgeving, gelieve dit steeds te respecteren en eventueel afval steeds mee te nemen. Gelieve andere watersporters te respecteren en vergeet niet dat alle niet motor aangedreven watersporters altijd voorrang hebben. Geniet van het water, de omgeving. Probeer, train, verbeter!
Recreatiezone voorzien van EFOILPARK

(GEEL) Slalomparcours: te starten rond de blauwe boei, officiële start aan de witte boei. 1 richting te nemen zoals aangeduid op het plan.
(BLAUW) Apex 250 te starten aan de 2 witte boeien, rond de blauwe boei en terug naar de 2 witte boeien.
(WIT) International Speedtrack: volgorde van de boeien te respecteren.
Apex 250 registreren gebeurt automatisch voor efoilers met een Fliteboard, deze kunnen nadien hun tijd raadplegen in de Flite App.
OF men kan de Apex250 app downloaden in de AppStore of Android, deze registreert ook een Apex250, deze app kan gebruikt worden door elke efoiler, deze werkt via de smartphone. 3de mogelijkheid is registratie via de efoil-racing app.
International Speedtrack: Hier kan geregistreerd worden via de efoil-racing app, via de smartphone of via een GPS dongle die gekoppeld word via de smartphone. (dragy of dragy pro)
Het slalomparcours zal mee toegevoegd worden in de toekomst aan de efoil-racing app.
We at eFoilService are particularly pleased to announce the very first EFOILPARK on this beautiful lake, in collaboration with KWKM. This beautiful location amidst nature can be visited all year round upon payment of a day pass or membership fee. On the entrance sign, you can see where the various buoy courses are located on the lake, the direction of travel, and the zone in which you must stay. Please follow these rules at all times. You are in a natural environment; please always respect this and take any waste with you. Please respect other water sports enthusiasts and remember that all non-motorized water sports enthusiasts always have priority. Enjoy the water and the surroundings. Try, train, improve!

(YELLOW) Slalom course: start around the blue buoy, official start at the white buoy. Take 1 direction as indicated on the map.
(BLUE) Apex 250: start at the 2 white buoys, go around the blue buoy and return to the 2 white buoys.
(WHITE) International Speedtrack: respect the order of the buoys.
Registration for the Apex 250 is automatic for efoilers with a Fliteboard; they can subsequently check their time in the Flite App.
Or you can download the Apex250 app from the AppStore or Android; this also registers an Apex250. This app can be used by any efoiler and works via smartphone. A third option is registration via the efoil-racing app. International Speedtrack: Registration here is possible via the efoil-racing app, via smartphone, or via a GPS dongle connected to the smartphone (Dragy or Dragy Pro).
The slalom course will be added to the efoil-racing app in the future.
